Why it costs less than the forecourt
A car standing on a forecourt costs money every day it doesn't sell, and that cost is built into the windscreen price. Yours is sold before we buy it, so it never stands anywhere.
We still make a margin, and you will know the full price before we commit to anything. If it doesn't compare well with what you can find yourself, you are under no obligation to go ahead.
What we source
Ex-lease, ex-fleet and ex-demo
Company cars, salary sacrifice cars and demonstrators, coming back at the end of their contracts. One owner, serviced on schedule, full history — and sold in the trade before they ever reach a forecourt. If your specification isn't achievable within your budget, we'll say so at the outset.
Family cars
In the trim and colour you actually wanted, rather than whatever happened to be in stock.
Vans and pickups
Transits, Rangers, Hiluxes and crew cabs. Give us the payload and specification and we'll work to it.
First cars
Low insurance groups, clean history and nothing hidden underneath. We check the car before you see it.
Electric and hybrid
We buy a lot of these. Battery health and charging history checked before we commit, so you know what you're getting.
Nearly new
Ex-demo and low-mileage cars a year or two old, where the first owner has taken the depreciation.
Something particular
A particular trim, a manual gearbox, an unusual colour, a towbar already fitted. This is what a forecourt can't offer.
How it works
Five steps, and nothing is committed until the fourth
One person takes your search on and stays with it until the vehicle is on your drive. You deal with them, not with whoever picks up the phone.

You send the brief
The car you want, your budget and your timescale. A phone call is quicker if you prefer, and we'll ask the questions that matter.

We tell you whether it's realistic
Usually the same working day. If the budget and the specification don't meet, you will know straight away rather than weeks later.

We search
We work through the fleet and lease returns as they come back, checking the history, the condition report and the current market value of every one that fits.

You see it before we buy
Photographs, mileage, history, condition report and one drive-away price. You decide, and there is no cost if you decline.

We buy it, prepare it and hand it over
It goes through our own workshop for a service, an MOT and anything else it needs. Then we deliver it to your door anywhere in the UK, free of charge, or you're welcome to collect.
After you've got it
The part a broker can't offer
Anyone can find you a vehicle and walk away. We're a dealership with our own workshop, so what happens after handover is our problem too.
Warranty
Six months as standard on every vehicle, and you can extend it up to four years. You're not on your own once you've driven away.
Finance
From 8.9% APR over terms up to five years, arranged on the vehicle we source for you, so it's settled in one conversation.
Prepared before handover
Service, MOT and any work it needs, carried out in our own workshop before you see it.
Servicing afterwards
We're a working garage five minutes up the road. Bring it back for servicing, MOT and repairs for as long as you own it.

Common questions
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing. There is no fee and no deposit to begin a search. You only pay once you have seen a specific car and agreed the price.
How long does it take?
It depends how specific the requirement is. A common specification can appear within a week or two. A particular trim in a particular colour may take longer, and we'll give you a realistic view at the start.
What if I don't like it when it arrives?
You will have seen photographs, mileage, history and the condition report before we buy, so there should be no surprises. You also have the same legal rights buying from us as from any other dealer.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in mainland UK, free of charge. You're also welcome to collect from us in Hitchin if you'd rather see it here first.
Can I part-exchange?
Yes. Tell us what you have and we'll value it alongside the car we're sourcing, so there is only one figure to agree.
Is it serviced and MOT'd?
Yes. Every vehicle goes through our own workshop before handover. If it needs anything beyond routine preparation, we tell you. We can also service and MOT it for you afterwards.
Do you do finance?
Yes, from 8.9% APR over terms up to five years. Ask when you call and we'll go through what you'd qualify for and what the payments would be.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. Six months as standard, and you can extend the cover up to four years. We'll confirm exactly what's covered alongside the price, before you commit to anything.
